Webhook URLs and tokens are encrypted at rest and never returned by the API.
SSRF-guarded delivery
Outbound requests block internal, loopback and metadata hosts. Give a generic webhook a signing secret and every payload arrives HMAC-signed; for Microsoft Teams, Discord, Slack, Zapier, Make, the secret is already in the URL itself.
Reliable & idempotent
Deliveries to a webhook, chat or automation destination retry with backoff and carry a stable delivery id, so a repeat is easy to recognise and safe to ignore. Email alerts are the exception: there is no id to match on.
