A report is a structured research write-up on a single stock, produced by Valarn's AI analyst team. There are three depths: Basic — a fast 2-analyst snapshot of price action and headlines; Standard — full specialist coverage for your plan plus a one-round bull vs bear debate and a research thesis; and Deep Debate — every analyst available on your plan with a multi-round debate, conviction score, and scenario range. More depth means more analysts, more debate, and more detail.
Instead of a one-sided take, two AI advocates argue opposite sides of the same stock. The Bull researcher builds the strongest case for upside; the Bear researcher challenges every assumption and stress-tests it. A Risk Manager then surfaces what could break the thesis, and a final reviewer synthesizes it all into one research view with an honest confidence score — so you hear both sides, not just one.
Minutes. A Basic snapshot is a single pass by two analysts plus the reviewer that writes the research view (three agents); a Standard report adds a debate round across up to ten agents; a Deep Debate runs up to twenty-five agents over multiple rounds. Exact time depends on the models selected and how busy the queue is.
Nearly 6,000 US-listed companies, including ADRs — each with its own free public research page — and you can run a full AI research report on any of them.
Models from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok) and DeepSeek. The investment committee argues the case against on a different model family from the case for, so one model's blind spots do not decide the view. Pro and higher plans can choose the provider and model tier.
A chatbot gives one model's answer, largely from its training data. Valarn runs a research process on current data: specialist agents pull filings, prices, fundamentals, options and insider activity; a bull and a bear argue the case; a risk review and independent reviewers challenge it; figures are checked against verified data; and every claim links to its source with an honest confidence score. You get a sourced, dated report rather than a single opinion.

Yes. The congressional trading tracker lists stock trades that members of the U.S. House and Senate disclose under the STOCK Act, with a profile for every member and links to the official filings. Disclosures are self-reported, can arrive up to 45 days after the trade and give amounts as ranges; nothing implies wrongdoing.

No. Valarn is an educational research tool, not a financial adviser, broker, or fiduciary. It never tells you to buy, sell, or hold, and it makes no return or performance promises. Nothing in a report is a recommendation to trade — always make your own decisions and consider speaking with a licensed professional.
Valarn produces research, not predictions. It gathers data, reasons through it from many angles, and shows its work — including an honest confidence score that drops when the analysts disagree or the data is thin. It does not forecast prices or guarantee outcomes. Treat every report as a well-organized starting point for your own due diligence.
Yes. Like any research — human or AI — Valarn can be incomplete or mistaken, data can be stale, and markets are unpredictable. That is exactly why every claim is traceable to a source, confidence is shown honestly, and the bear case is given equal weight. Verify what matters and always do your own due diligence before acting.
Under the hood
Data
Valarn draws on reputable public sources — market prices and fundamentals, regulatory filings and insider Form 4 data, financial and analyst data, macro indicators, and news/events context. Every claim in a report links back to where it came from, so nothing is a black box.
Reports use the latest data available from those sources at the time you run the analysis — recent prices, filings, earnings, and news. Markets move constantly, so a report is a snapshot of that moment. Each report is timestamped, and you can re-run any stock to get an updated view.

Pricing
Free is $0 with 1 Basic report a month and no credit card. Paid plans are Starter at $19 a month, Pro at $49, Pro+ at $99 and Team at $249 for three seats; annual billing saves 20%. AI model costs are included, so there is no per-report fee.
Yes. The Free plan is $0 and includes 1 Basic report per month with 2 analysts plus the reviewer, and keyword search — no credit card required. Paid plans start at $19/mo (Starter) and scale up to Team and Enterprise, unlocking more analysts, deeper reports, and more. AI model costs are included in every plan.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of research credits. Running a report uses credits based on its depth. Monthly credits reset every month and do not roll over. If you need more, you can add credit packs without changing your plan — those additional credits roll over month to month and stay valid for 12 months after purchase. AI model costs are already covered, so there is nothing extra to pay per run.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of your current billing period. Annual billing saves roughly 20%, and you can upgrade or downgrade whenever your needs change.
Privacy & control
Security
Your research is private to your account by default. Reports, notes, and your Research Workspace are only visible to you (and, on Team plans, the teammates you invite to a shared workspace). Nothing is published unless you choose to share it via a share link, which you can revoke at any time.
Yes. You can export any report as PDF or Word (Starter and up), or CSV and JSON on every plan, and create or revoke share links whenever you like. You stay in control of your data and can request deletion of your account and its contents at any time.
