Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Valarn and applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it or help anyone else do so.

Prohibited uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Present Valarn's AI-generated research as personalized investment advice, or use it to advise or manage money for others without the licenses that activity requires.
• Use the platform to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, or other securities-law violations.
• Scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract data or model outputs from the service, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish generated reports or data feeds without our prior written permission.
• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, extraction of system prompts or training data, or otherwise interfere with the AI's intended operation.
• Upload, store, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, malicious (malware), or that violates a third party's rights.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach security or authentication measures, except under our published responsible-disclosure policy.
• Use the service to send spam or to impersonate any person or entity.

Content standards

Content you submit — research notes, uploads, board items, and other user-generated content — must be lawful, must not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, and must comply with our Community Guidelines. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
