Nothing on Valarn should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, trade, or otherwise transact in any stock, option, security, cryptocurrency, fund, commodity, derivative, or other financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own investment, trading, financial, tax, and business decisions. Before making any investment decision, you should conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser, investment professional, attorney, accountant, or tax professional.
3. No Investment Adviser, Broker, or Fiduciary Relationship
Valarn is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, securities exchange, financial planner, portfolio manager, or fiduciary.

- act in your best interest as a fiduciary;
- provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial planning advice.
Valarn does not consider your full financial situation, investment objectives, income, net worth, tax position, risk tolerance, investment horizon, liquidity needs, or personal circumstances unless a feature expressly asks for limited user preferences for educational research filtering. Even then, Valarn outputs remain educational and informational only.
4. No Financial Promotion or Solicitation
Valarn content is not intended to be a financial promotion, solicitation, offer, invitation, inducement, or recommendation in any jurisdiction.
Valarn does not solicit users to purchase, sell, or hold any security or financial product.
If you access Valarn from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with your local securities, investment, advertising, financial promotion, consumer protection, privacy, and data protection laws.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, or based on incorrect assumptions. 6. AI Transparency
Valarn uses AI systems to generate summaries, comparisons, scenarios, explanations, research-style analysis, and educational outputs.
AI-generated content may be labeled, disclosed, or otherwise identifiable within the platform. However, all Valarn-generated research outputs should be treated as AI-assisted unless clearly stated otherwise.
Valarn does not make automated decisions that produce legal, financial, or similarly significant effects for users. Users remain responsible for all investment, trading, financial, tax, legal, and business decisions.
Valarn outputs are designed to support user research, not replace human judgment. Users must review outputs, verify data, evaluate assumptions, and make independent decisions.
7. Market Risk Disclaimer
Investing involves risk. You may lose some or all of your money.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market prices can change rapidly due to earnings, macroeconomic events, liquidity, interest rates, company-specific news, analyst actions, regulatory changes, geopolitical events, insider activity, sector trends, credit conditions, market sentiment, and other factors.
Valarn does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, completeness, suitability, timeliness, or outcome of any report, signal, thesis, score, target, scenario, alert, ranking, watchlist, calendar event, notification, or analysis generated by the platform.
8. Research Stances, Scores, and Scenario Targets
Valarn may generate research stances, confidence scores, risk scores, scenario targets, bull-case targets, bear-case targets, base-case ranges, valuation estimates, or other educational indicators.
These outputs are not price targets, investment recommendations, personalized advice, or instructions to trade.
Any bull-case, bear-case, base-case, rating, score, scenario target, or research stance is an educational research output generated from available data and AI analysis. It may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You should not rely on any single Valarn score, target, stance, or report as the basis for an investment decision.
9. Reports Are Not Current Unless Refreshed
Valarn may allow users to generate, save, access, download, organize, revisit, refresh, or rerun AI-generated stock research reports.
A saved report reflects information available, retrieved, or analyzed at or near the time the report was generated. It does not represent ongoing monitoring, live analysis, or a current view of the stock unless the report is rerun, refreshed, or updated.
Market data, company fundamentals, news, earnings expectations, analyst estimates, sentiment, valuation assumptions, and risk conditions may change after a report is generated.
You are responsible for checking report dates, data freshness, assumptions, source information, and market conditions before using a saved report.

Valarn does not guarantee that stored reports, watchlists, notes, alerts, calendar events, or research history will remain available forever.
We may delete, archive, restrict, or limit access to stored data based on subscription plan, account status, storage limits, legal obligations, data retention policies, security requirements, operational needs, or product changes.
You are responsible for exporting or saving any reports you wish to keep permanently.

We do not guarantee that third-party data is accurate, complete, timely, available, current, or error-free.
Data may be delayed, revised, unavailable, incorrectly classified, incomplete, stale, corrupted, or misinterpreted.
Valarn is not responsible for losses, damages, trading decisions, missed opportunities, or other outcomes resulting from inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or misinterpreted third-party data.
13. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, bypass security controls, misuse the platform, create operational risk, fail to pay fees, abuse usage limits, or violate applicable law.
14. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Valarn.
By using Valarn, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

15. Subscriptions, Billing, and Usage Limits
Valarn may offer free and paid subscription plans.
Paid plans may include access to additional reports, AI models, premium research features, audio summaries, advanced data feeds, customization options, higher usage limits, saved research history, alerts, calendar features, export features, API features, or other premium tools.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize Valarn or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, renewals, overages, usage-based charges, credit purchases, add-ons, or other charges disclosed at checkout.
Subscription features, pricing, AI model access, report limits, usage caps, storage limits, credits, and plan benefits may change over time.
Valarn may enforce usage limits, including but not limited to:
- reports per billing period;
- stock symbols analyzed;
- AI calls;

We may restrict, throttle, suspend, or terminate access if usage exceeds plan limits, creates excessive cost, causes platform instability, violates fair use expectations, bypasses billing controls, or creates security risk.
16. Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize Valarn or our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
Deleting your account, uninstalling an app, not using the service, or failing to log in does not automatically cancel your subscription unless the cancellation process is completed through the required billing provider or account settings.
If your payment method fails, we may retry payment, suspend access, downgrade your account, limit paid features, or terminate the subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
17. Plan Changes, Downgrades, and Feature Changes
If you upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan, your access to features, reports, saved history, credits, model options, storage, and usage limits may change.
Downgrading may cause loss of access to premium features or stored reports beyond the new plan’s limits.
Valarn may change plan names, pricing, included features, report limits, AI model availability, and usage policies at any time, subject to applicable law.
18. AI Model Selection and Cost Controls
Some Valarn plans may allow users to choose AI models, model providers, report depth, analysis modes, ensemble modes, or advanced research configurations.
Different models and configurations may have different costs, latency, capabilities, and limitations.
Valarn may limit, block, downgrade, or adjust model selections if they exceed plan limits, credit balances, cost caps, safety rules, security limits, fair use policies, or platform restrictions.
Valarn may change supported models at any time due to cost, availability, performance, provider changes, safety concerns, legal requirements, or business reasons.
19. Credits, Usage-Based Fees, and Overages
Valarn may offer credits, usage-based billing, report credits, AI credits, or add-on usage packages.
Credits may be consumed based on report type, model used, report depth, data feeds accessed, audio generation, file processing, exports, API calls, or other usage.
Unless otherwise stated:
- credits have no cash value;
- credits are non-transferable;
- unused credits may expire;
- unused credits may not roll over;
- credits are not redeemable for cash;
- credits may be revoked in cases of fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.
Valarn may prevent report generation or feature access if your usage would exceed your plan, available credits, or cost limits.
20. Free Trials, Promotions, and Waitlist Access
Valarn may offer free trials, promotional access, waitlist access, credits, beta access, discounted plans, invite-only access, or limited-time offers.
We may modify, revoke, limit, or discontinue free trials, promotions, or credits at any time.
Promotional access has no cash value and may expire.
We may require a valid payment method for certain free trials. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, you may be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
21. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support at [Insert Support Email].
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for past charges, partially used billing periods, unused reports, unused credits, unused features, or unused storage unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy.
Valarn may provide refunds at its sole discretion.
Separate refund terms may apply to annual plans, promotional plans, usage-based fees, credit purchases, enterprise plans, app store purchases, or beta access.
22. Taxes
Fees may be exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

Valarn does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, claims, pricing, security, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, or content.
The presence of an advertisement, link, sponsorship, or partner offer does not mean Valarn endorses the advertiser, product, service, strategy, security, or investment opportunity.
Your interactions with advertisers and third parties are solely between you and the third party.
25. Editorial Independence
Advertisers, sponsors, affiliates, and partners do not control Valarn’s AI-generated research outputs, research methodology, risk analysis, educational conclusions, scores, scenario targets, or research stances unless expressly disclosed.
Valarn may display sponsored content or affiliate offers, but paid placement does not mean that an advertiser has influenced a report, stock analysis, research output, or educational conclusion.
If sponsored or paid relationships affect content placement, visibility, ranking, or display order, Valarn will make reasonable efforts to disclose that relationship where required.
26. Conflicts of Interest
Valarn, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, advertisers, sponsors, or partners may hold positions in securities, companies, funds, or financial products discussed on the platform.

Valarn does not guarantee that all potential conflicts will be identified in every report or piece of content.
