1. Overview

Valarn provides AI-generated stock research tools, reports, saved research history, watchlists, alerts, dashboards, and related features through free and paid subscription plans.

Because Valarn provides digital services, AI-generated reports, data access, and usage-based platform features, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.

2. No Financial Performance Refunds

Valarn does not provide refunds based on investment outcomes, trading losses, market performance, report conclusions, AI-generated ratings, or disagreement with a report.

Refunds will not be issued because:

  • a stock went down after a bullish report;
  • a stock went up after a bearish report;
  • a report was neutral or inconclusive;
  • the AI stance changed after new information became available;
  • market conditions changed;
  • a user disagreed with the report;
  • a report did not produce profitable investment results;
  • a user made a trading or investment decision based on Valarn content.

Valarn is an educational and informational research platform only. It does not guarantee investment returns, market accuracy, or trading success.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at:

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated or unless your account is terminated for violation of our Terms.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will usually continue until the end of the current monthly billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used monthly billing periods unless required by law or approved at Valarn’s discretion.

If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will usually continue until the end of the current annual billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used annual billing periods unless required by law or approved at Valarn’s discretion.

Valarn may, at its discretion, review refund requests for annual plans submitted shortly after renewal or purchase.

6. Free Trials

Valarn may offer free trials or promotional access.

If a free trial requires a payment method, you may be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expiration date.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.

Refunds for failure to cancel a free trial are not guaranteed but may be reviewed at Valarn’s discretion.

7. Promotional Plans and Discounts

Promotional plans, discounted subscriptions, coupons, waitlist offers, beta offers, and limited-time deals may have special terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional fees are non-refundable.

Promotions may not be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

8. AI Credits, Report Credits, and Usage-Based Fees

Valarn may offer AI credits, report credits, premium report credits, audio credits, file-processing credits, export credits, API credits, or other usage-based credits.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • credits are non-refundable;
  • credits have no cash value;
  • credits are non-transferable;
  • credits may expire;
  • unused credits do not roll over;
  • credits cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • credits may be revoked for fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or violation of our Terms.

Credits may be consumed when a report, AI analysis, audio summary, export, data request, API call, or other usage-based action is started, even if the user does not fully review or use the output.

9. Partially Generated or Failed Reports

Valarn uses AI models, third-party data sources, market data providers, and automated workflows. Occasionally, reports may fail, partially complete, time out, or contain formatting issues.

If a report fails due to a Valarn platform error, we may, at our discretion:

  • restore the consumed credit;
  • rerun the report;
  • provide a replacement report;
  • provide account credit;
  • issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds or credits are not guaranteed for failures caused by:

  • unsupported stock symbols;
  • unavailable third-party data;
  • market data provider outages;
  • AI provider outages;
  • user-provided incorrect inputs;
  • user network issues;
  • browser issues;
  • device issues;
  • user cancellation during generation;
  • violation of usage rules;
  • report content the user dislikes or disagrees with.

10. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription or purchase, contact us at:

Downgrades do not automatically provide refunds or credits for unused time, unused features, or unused credits unless required by law or approved by Valarn.

14. Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade your subscription, you may be charged immediately for the new plan, a prorated amount, or the full upgrade amount depending on billing configuration.

Upgrade charges are generally non-refundable once processed.

15. Account Termination for Terms Violations

If Valarn suspends or terminates your account because you violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use rules, security rules, payment rules, or applicable law, you may not be eligible for a refund.

  • scraping;
  • account sharing abuse;

  • bypassing usage limits;

16. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Valarn may:

  • terminate access for repeated chargeback abuse.

17. App Store Purchases

If Valarn is purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app marketplace, refunds may be handled by that marketplace according to its policies.

18. Enterprise, Team, or Custom Plans
