How do you calculate profit on a stock?

Subtract what you paid from what you received, then subtract both commissions. Buying 100 shares at $50 costs $5,000; selling at $60 returns $6,000; with $5 commission each way the net profit is $990 rather than the $1,000 the prices alone suggest.

What is annualized return and why does it differ from total return?

Total return ignores time, so 20% over three months and 20% over three years look identical. Annualized return restates the gain as a yearly rate, which is the only way to compare holdings of different lengths. A 20% gain in three months annualizes to roughly 107%; the same gain over three years is about 6.3% a year.

What is my break-even sell price?

The price at which the sale proceeds exactly cover your purchase cost plus both commissions. Below it you are still down even though the share price rose above what you paid, which is why the break-even sits above the purchase price rather than at it.
